The Music Barn is continuing in our mission to bring excellent live music to Southern New Jersey, even in this time of crisis.  While we are unable to physically be together, we are able to virtually be together.  In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, The Music Barn launched a virtual (and completely free) concert series.  We hosted our first virtual concert on April 15th.  We have had over 2,000 people view this concert, and thousands more viewed our marketing leading up to the event.  As we continue to support our mission, we are asking for your support as well.  In turn, we will heavily market your brand through our virtual concert series to the thousands of people that we can reach through social media and email marketing.

Sponsorship options are outlined below, and include opportunities to market yourself in a variety of ways to our audience. 

 

In addition to the plans outlined below, feel free to contact us at info@themusicbarn.org to arrange for a custom sponsorship plan that fits the individual needs and budget of your business.

Once you select the plan that best suits your needs, you can process your sponsorship payment at the bottom of this page (please include your sponsorship selection in the notes when processing payment).  Once your sponsorship is processed we will contact you to arrange your marketing materials.

Sponsorship Package A: Single Concert Sponsor - $150

  • Inclusion in at least three of our highly successful social media posts (posts regarding our virtual concert series have reached up to 6,000 people each, most average about 2,000 people reached).

  • Inclusion in any marketing emails sent regarding the virtual concert you are sponsoring.  Emails are sent to our entire database of emails, including anyone that has purchased a ticket to a concert at The Music Barn.

Sponsorship Package B: Single Concert Gold Sponsor - $300

  • "On Stage" inclusion as a sponsor: the artist performing will directly mention your brand during the live stream video, which is anticipated to be viewed thousands of times.

  • Inclusion in at least two of our highly successful social media posts (posts regarding our virtual concert series have reached up to 6,000 people each, most average about 2,000 people reached).

  • Inclusion in any marketing emails sent regarding the virtual concert you are sponsoring.  Emails are sent to our entire database of emails, including anyone that has purchased a ticket to a concert at The Music Barn.

Sponsorship Package C: Full Series Sponsor - $500

  • At least two dedicated sponsor posts (posts directly about your brand shared on all social media platforms of The Music Barn).

  • Inclusion in at least two of our highly successful social media posts (posts regarding our virtual concert series have reached up to 6,000 people each, most average about 2,000 people reached) for each event.  There are currently three events scheduled, with additional concerts to come throughout the duration of the quarantine.

  • Inclusion in any marketing emails sent regarding our virtual concert series.  Emails are sent to our entire database of emails, including anyone that has purchased a ticket to a concert at The Music Barn.

Sponsorship Package D: Full Series Gold Sponsor - $750

  • "On Stage" inclusion as a sponsor: the artist performing in each concert will directly mention your brand during the live stream video, which are anticipated to be viewed thousands of times each.
